Inclined teeth rack
In combination with RLL version modules with recirculating ball guide rails and runner blocks: racks with inclined teeth, made of C45 steel, induction hardened and ground: Q6 (H) quality. Hardened, case-hardened, induction-hardened, fully ground (H) steel pinions. RG version modules with gothic arcs roller runner blocks and guide rails: inclined tooth racks, induction hardened (M), in combination withpinions made of high-performance, surface hardened and tempered steel (M). With "H" type pinions and racks and a continuous lubrication system, speeds of up to 3.5 m/s can be achieved.
Applications
Inclined toothed rack, 19° 31' 42” right-hand, pressure angle 20°. The toothed pinion and rack require regular lubrication to ensure long-lasting efficiency.
