Welded and Stabilized Steel Linear Axes
We design and manufacture custom linear axes with a welded load-bearing structure, tailored to specific designs.
Drive Options:
- Ball screw drive with recirculating ball nut
- Rack and pinion drive
Drive components are available upon request.
Custom Specifications:
- Load-bearing structure section up to 500x300 mm
- Maximum linear axis body length: 2,500 mm
- Ball screw diameter: up to Ø 60 mm
Precision Features:
- Rack and pinion module up to M6
- Ball guides and carriages with selectable radial clearance
- RAL color customization available
- Custom characteristics and tolerances upon request
