40 mm base aluminium extrusions

Base 40 mm anodised aluminium extrusions are used in particular in the food industry, where smooth surfaces without open grooves are required.

Those in the softline version are special types of aluminium extrusions that are often used for applications of aesthetic value, where grooves would rather be avoided.
These can be easily opened or closed to allow the application of panels or flat elements even after construction has already taken place.

The super-lightweight 40 mm base aluminium extrusions, despite their low weight, allow for structures with a high load-bearing capacity and are therefore used in all fields.
The partially closed 40 mm base corner profile models have an attractive design, get less dirty and have multiple uses.
With the angle profile and softline version it is possible to make worktables, furniture, display cabinets, frames and a variety of structures where sharp edges are to be avoided.

As with all partially closed extrusions, these models are intended for all applications where dirt must be minimised and grooves avoided.
The 40 mm load-bearing base extrusion version is particularly recommended for structures with high loads and large spans.
Corner aluminium profiles, on the other hand, are used for the construction of machine frames or systems subject to high stresses. These in fact need sturdy corner supports but at the same time require compact dimensions and a good price-performance ratio.

Lastly, the 40 mm base  heavy-duty extrusion has high load-bearing characteristics and is ideal for the construction of gantries and in general for structures with high stresses and large free load-bearing lengths.
