Special extrusions

Some of these extrusions are kept in stock unfinished to be further processed and transformed into accessories in our factory, with subsequent anodising.

The guide profile, for example, is particularly suitable for the assembly of glazing and sliding doors, without neglecting functionality and aesthetics. It can be fitted on all base 30 aluminium extrusions.

Plastic profiles B39.55 and B39.35, on the other hand, improve smoothness or are used as reducers within the grooves or as cover extrusions.
There are also special types of handrail extrusions for stair railings or parapets.

Some additional aluminium extrusions are added for attaching 19” modules to plug-in electronic, pneumatic and hydraulic systems. These rails with special perforations can be screwed onto all construction extrusions with a 50/30 mm base.

The octagonal extrusion is another type of special extrusion, which is ideal not only for large, heavy-weight round machine claddings, but also as an axis for rotating structures. In addition, it can be equipped with screwed-on support plates for use as uprights. It is an elegant anodised aluminium extrusion, which can be used for interior fittings such as tables, shelf trolleys, etc.
Then there are two very particular types of special extrusions, which are ingenious for fixing flat elements of all kinds: the locking extrusions. They can also be retrofitted in all 8 mm grooves of extrusions with 40 and 50 mm base. This makes it very easy to insert or replace flat elements on one or two sides, without having to dismantle the load-bearing structure!
A further type of special extrusion made of extruded aluminium is the closing extrusion; easily inserted into the 8 mm grooves, it serves as a support for tabletops, shelves, flat elements, etc., which can be fastened with a screw.

Corner profiles, on the other hand, are special types of angle aluminium extrusions with great stability. They are an excellent starting material for mounting brackets. They also serve as reinforcements for structures subjected to high loads.Lastly, aluminium hinge or handle profiles are the starting material for pull-out hinges and heavy-duty hinges, or for making special hinges.
