Rack and Pinion Linear Actuator
Rack and pinion modules are suitable for transfer systems that require precise and guaranteed positioning, very long linear movements (e.g. 50 metres) and/or dynamic and high loads.
All linear axes with ball runner blocks have their guide rail and drive housings machined simultaneously to ensure repositioning errors within ± 0.03 mm.

Rack and Pinion Linear Actuator

Rack and pinion actuators are designed for single, two-axis, or three-axis Cartesian robots and are composed of standard rack and pinion linear modules, available in different sizes depending on the load to be moved. These modules are ideal for transfer and positioning systems that require high precision and minimal repeatability error, as well as for applications with high dynamics and heavy loads.

Built with sturdy load-bearing beams, made from extruded aluminium alloy profiles and High-strength aluminum alloy plates, with free mounting areas for accessories. Counterplates compatible with commercial reducers;
The Rack and pinion actuators features Fixed or oscillating roller guides, adjustable along the axis via an eccentric bushing, zero-backlash, sealed rollers, with long-life lubrication, hardened steel V-guides, as standard (alternative option: recirculating ball guides) and adjustable end-stop buffers.
