Two-and threee-axis linear system
The gantry system is modular; il allows for the flexible positioning of the beam support uprights and extension of the runway by means of the precise joining of the other guide rail profiles with a choice of lengths. The right-angle faces of the beam are fitted with grooves, suitable for tie-down on columns, guide rail beam joints and catenary supports.
The two-axis system can be mounted on the carriages of a pair of parallel single axes dimensioned according to the span between their supports, thus creating a three-axis Cartesian system suitable for various requirements.
The seats of the guide rails are racks machined to close tolerances in order to achieve high repositioning accuracies and joints with other beams. The system is equipped with a device for adjusting and compensating for possible parallelism errors of the X axes.
The flexible and modular design construction allows for other options:
- Cartesian axes systems with round guides and two-roller runner blocks with Gothic arch, (RG series), offered for packaging and applications with lower requirements.
- Cartesian axes systems with toothed belt drive, linear motor, ball screw, also in mixed configurations.
Specially designed gripping equipment is offered on request.
