Mecline® High-Performance Aluminium Extrusions
Meccania’s patented MECLINE® range of high-performance aluminium extrusions and accessories combines modularity and high strength in a single product, for heavy duty and innovative structures to replace steel frames.
This new line of high-performance aluminium profiles called “PA” is an innovative product, designed and manufactured by Meccania to meet modern needs for equipment and machines that must have superior characteristics of robustness, mechanical strength and precision.
The MECLINE® range of aluminium extrusions and accessories combines modularity and high strength for heavy duty and innovative structures in one product, replacing welded and machined steel frames.
The connection with Kanya® original PVS® and its new MVS MECLINE® system makes for an infinite number of frame solutions with undisputed rigidity and strength.
All “PA” aluminium extrusions with 12 mm slots can be combined with 45 / 50 / 60 base aluminium extrusions to create structures suitable for the actual stresses, as the PVS® fastening system and most accessories are compatible.
“HA” versions with machined surfaces and ends enhance the range for applications where high dimensional accuracy of the section and consequently high precision of the assembled frame/structure is required. It has characteristics of geometrical accuracy and straightness. This version comes with special matt black anodising.
The PA range has a set of accessories specifically designed to ensure that aluminium profile connections are made in precise and stiff positions.
The top features make this range suitable for the manufacture of checking fixtures, Meisterbocks, Grippers with very strict manufacturing tolerances.
The “HA” version maintains compatibility with standard Kanya / Meccania products.
