The control points defined by the customer in vehicle position (RPS) are fixed reference systems with variable characteristics, ensuring high precision in repeatability.

The structure is built with a patented MECCANIA system, which guarantees high performance and includes machined surfaces for connections and the housing of accessories and guides, ensuring straightness and geometric assembly accuracy. The characteristics of rigidity, reduced torsion, angular and dimensional tolerance provide the opportunity to replace welded and machined steel frames.

These specific profiles are made from a high-quality alloy, feature tight tolerances, and have a 12 mm slot for robust connections. They can also be combined with any aluminum profile from the MECCANIA catalog range. They are also available in a special black anodized version, which is characterized by the machining of all surfaces, achieving excellent dimensional and geometric tolerances.

The construction system is completed by a wide range of innovative, high-performance accessories, specifically designed for connections, in combination with the original Kanya PVS and the original MECCANIA MVS.

The testing department is equipped with equipment and a laser measurement arm for dimensional checks, ensuring self-certification of a product that meets the required specifications. The construction systems excel in lightness, precision, and rigidity, making them particularly suitable for gauges and grippers of anthropomorphic robots, to meet very tight construction tolerances.
