Meccania designs and manufactures high-precision frames and structures using high-performance profiles from the Mecline line, specially developed for the automotive, packaging, machine servicing, testing, and other sectors.

Control gauge frames are precise and robust structures used to check stamped components in the automotive and aerospace industries. The complete structures are designed and manufactured according to customer specifications, tested on a surface plate, and certified with a measuring arm.

The Mecline profile range, designed and patented by Meccania, was created to enable highly precise mechanical processing. It features exceptional robustness and flexibility, making it suitable for building special applications and load-bearing structures as an alternative to welded steel frames.

 These profiles, made from a high-quality alloy, have tight tolerances and a 12 mm slot suitable for robust connections. Additionally, they can be combined with any aluminum alloy profile from the Meccania catalog. They are also available in a special black anodized version, characterized by the machining of all surfaces, achieving excellent dimensional and geometric tolerances.

The modular construction system is completed by a wide range of innovative high-performance accessories, specifically designed for connections, in combination with original Kanya PVS and original Meccania MVS.

The assembly department is equipped with tools and a measuring arm for dimensional checks, used to verify customer-required tolerances on complete structures, providing a test report upon delivery. These construction systems excel in precision and rigidity, making them particularly suitable for gauges and grippers for anthropomorphic robots, ensuring compliance with very tight construction tolerances.

Meccania manufactures and assembles production equipment, modular quick-assembly systems, and structural frames for machines and linear motion systems. It offers a wide range of linear axes with rack and pinion, belt, screw, or linear motor drives, as well as customized solutions with integrated machining and pre-assembled units. The supply includes complete mechanical components, properly sized and designed.
