Wide range of linear axes
Meccania offers a wide range of rack and pinion, belt, screw or linear motor-driven linear axes, made from our robust Mecline range extrusions, with high accuracy and rigidity performance.
Precision is achieved by machining on the extrusion at the same time without repositioning up to 12 m, which guarantees perfect parallelism and geometrical accuracy between the extrusion axis, guides and transmission elements.
Axes with a toothed belt drive (also available in a double-helical version) require little maintenance and have the advantage of a smooth, vibration-free drive and sliding system on recirculating ball or gothic arch roller runner block guides. They are characterised by high load and dynamic performance).
