The most obvious benefit is modularity: during inspection, frames can be checked with measuring instruments that allow quick and precise corrections in the metrology room.
The testing department at Meccania is equipped with equipment and a laser measuring arm for dimensional checks, which guarantees a self-certifying product that always conforms.
In addition, frames made from Mecline® aluminium extrusions can be combined with all standard Kanya / Meccania sizes, thanks to the comprehensive range of accessories, for new and interesting applications.
This new range of high-performance aluminium alloy extrusions combines modularity and high strength in a single product to create heavy duty and innovative structures to replace steel frames. Aluminium extrusions, with strict tolerances and a 12 mm slot, can be machined to accommodate guides or to achieve even higher geometric and dimensional accuracies.
